To our valued clients and friends,
As the events of the COVID-19 outbreak continue to unfold, there is no higher priority to the Weeks & Mitchell team than the safety of our clients and employees. We will continue to be proactive in addressing concerns about COVID-19 and will update you on this rapidly changing situation. Although confirmed diagnosis of infection in our state has been very limited compared to other areas, the safety and health of everyone in our construction community is priority one.
We have confirmed at this time that our employees, subcontractors and their family members are healthy. We have instructed them to inform us immediately should they feel sick in any way.
We are monitoring and adapting our processes to deliver our highest quality of service in the safest possible way. As a result, we have implemented the following procedures to keep our business running smoothly:
1) We have enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting procedures in the interest of the health and safety of our clients and employees.
2) Any employee or subcontractor showing flu or cold-like systems will stay home and/or work remotely.
3) We ask that you, our client, also notify us if you are not feeling well, so that we don’t put any of our employees and/or subcontractors in a position to fall ill.
4) We are working on setting up online plan reviews for clients to participate in from the comfort of their own homes.
During this time, we ask for your patience as some of our suppliers have informed us that they are seeing delays with their shipments.
Additionally, due to the mandate of statewide school closures we may have some team members and/or subcontractors finding themselves juggling childcare causing us to reschedule their install date. That said, we can assure you that we have no intention to delay your project in any unnecessary way and will continue to complete your project in a timely manner.
We are committed to supporting you and we thank you for your trust and partnership with Weeks & Mitchell during these uncertain times.
